Event Information According to Microsoft :

Cause :

This event is logged when could not remove the print job submitted because the user does not have the Manage Documents permission.

Resolution :

Use an account with the Manage Documents permissions

To resolve this issue, use the following procedure:
  1. Open either the Print Management snap-in or the print queue with a user account that has the Manage Documents permissions.
  2. Retry moving the print job.
Verify :

To verify that you resolved the problem, on a client computer, print a document to the shared printer that uses the Line Printer Remote (LPR) service.
