| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: When RAS Manager is installed on a workgroup member server that is not participating in a domain, the Event ID 4001 error may appear. This problem occurs with the version of software that shipped with "Windows NT 4.0 Server Resource Kit." RESOLUTION: Download the latest trial version of RAS Manager from Virtual Motions Web site at: http://www.virtualmotion.com. Other problems that arise from use of RAS Manager may be fixed by upgrading to the latest version as well. |
