| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem occurs after you apply Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) to the Windows 2000-based print server. Windows 2000 SP4 contains some updated fonts. The current implementation of Print Services for Macintosh cannot render these updated fonts. WORKAROUND: To work around this issue, use one of the following methods. 1. Replace the fonts. 2. Use a different print method. |
