Event Information | According to Symantec: Solution: These messages appear when NAV refreshes the mailbox list. This is normal activity. You can increase the frequency of NAV refreshing the mailbox list by modifying the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\NAVMSE\2.0\RefreshListTimeInMinutes The default RefreshListTimeInMinutes is 60. It is not recommended that you give this key a value less than 10 because the refreshes may overlap and slow down the Exchange server. To prevent NAV from making event log entries at a regular interval, set the value to 0 for the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\NAVMSE\2.0\LoadMailboxListUsingDapi If this value is set to 1, then NAVMSE uses DAPI to track changes to mailboxes and public folders. This will generate event log entries when the mailbox list is refreshed. If this value is set to 0, then NAVMSE uses the equivalent of the servers mailbox resources table to obtain the information. |
