| Event Information | According to citrix: Resolution: 1. Add the appropriate Citrix Product Licenses to the farm through the License node in the Citrix Management Console. 2. If valid Product Licenses are already installed, proceed with the following steps: a. Download CTX107800 – DSCHECK Version 5.9. b. Launch the Citrix Management Console and remove all Citrix Product Licenses (copy these licenses numbers first). c. Run the DSCHECK 5.9 utility with the following command parameters: Dscheck /full Licenses /clean This removes any corrupt licenses from the data store. d. Add the Citrix Product Licenses back into the farm and attempt to log on. 3. If the preceding steps do not resolve the issue, restore the farm data store from the last known good backup. |
