| Event Information | According to citrix: Resolution: Follow the steps below to resolve the issue: 1. Open Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel. 2. Locate the entry for MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0. Click the Change button. 3. Choose to Repair the installation on the next screen. 4. Complete the repair process and restart the server when prompted. 5. After the restart, run Repair (described above) on Conferencing Manager 3.0. It is not necessary to restart the computer when the repair is complete. |
