| Event Information | According to HP: Cause: Any ProLiant server running Microsoft Windows 2000 and configured with dynamic disks. Resolution: To correct this issue, perform either of the following solutions: Solution 1: Remove the /3GB switch from the BOOT.INI file and restart the server.OR Solution 2: Install the appropriate StorageWorks SCSI HBA drivers from the ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows 2000 Version 6.10 (or later). The StorageWorks SCSI HBA drivers from the ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows 2000 Version 6.10 (or later) have reduced the maximum number of outstanding I/O requests that are permitted on the SCSI bus. |
