| Event Information | Cause: The Citrix XML Service has a port conflict with another application or service. This Citrix XML conflict prevents the IMA Service from starting. Resolution: 1. Verify that the XML ports on all of the Citrix MetaFrame Servers are not conflicting with another port in use. For more information, refer to CTX104063 - Explaining and Changing the Citrix XML Service Port andCTX734844 - Error - Citrix XML Service: Port XXXX is Already in Use. Use ctxxmlss to change the Citrix XML Service port number. ctxxmlss [/rnnn] [/u] [/knnn] [/?] Options: • /rnnn - Changes the port number for the Citrix XML Service to nnn. • /u - Unloads Citrix XML Service from memory. • /knnn - Keeps the connection alive for nnn seconds. The default is nine seconds. 2. Check the connection to the data store. |
