Event Information | As per Symantec: Port ( 2847 http) needs to be open, check the connection is established. You need to determine whether a computer running Quarantine Server can communicate with the Digital Immune System gateway. Solution: You can verify communication with gateways.dis.symantec.com through your Web browser. Quarantine server connects to the Digital Immune System using port 2847 (HTTP), and port 2848 (HTTPS). Explanation: Central Quarantine is working as designed. If the Digital Immune System servers are busy when Central Quarantine tries to contact them, they request that Central Quarantine try to contact it again later. When that happens, Central Quarantine logs this message and then tries again at a later time. |
