Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause This event is logged when Hyper-V launch failed; the Hyper-V image could not be accessed Resolution Reinstall Hyper-V A possible security compromise has been created. Completely reimage the server (sometimes called a bare metal restoration), install a new operating system, and enable the Hyper-V role. The hypervisor image is unavailable, corrupted, or an incompatible version. Reinstall the Hyper-V role. Verify Hypervisor successfully starts. |
