| Event Information | "According To Microsoft:" CAUSE: There can be several causes for this type of error. What the underlying problem is will be determined by the name of the function indicated in the message and also the error codes noted. You can use the ERROR.EXE program (located in the Support\Utils\I386 folder of the Exchange Server CD) to get more information about the error code. RESOLUTION: Ensure that the latest service packs for Exchange are installed. If the error code indicates that the Exchange 2000 store is damaged, you may need to dismount the store and run maintenance utilities against it. If you are unfamiliar with these maintenance utilities, contact Microsoft Product Support Services. |
