When an event log reaches its maximum size the event logging mechanism of the Windows OS would behave in the configured manner. This could sometimes mean loosing out on events. Administrative action has to be taken. This event is part of the EventTracker event log monitoring and backup mechanism. EventTracker by itself can backup these log files and clear them so that event logging will not get hampered.
