For information about using print options for a program, including selecting a printer, check the Help for the program. For most programs, you can take these steps: - Open the document or file that you want to send as a fax.
- In the program that you are using, open the Print dialog box, typically located by clicking File , and then click Print .
- In the Print dialog box, look for the printer selection option, which is typically located under Printer or Select Printer .
