| Event Information | Following Information from Newsgroup may help: --------------------------------------------------------------------- installed the latest drivers for modem .and if there is Symantec WinFax PRO installed check whether there is any problem with that. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Go to Add/Remove windows components and Remove and Readd the Fax service. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Check for any new Hot fix installed that may have disabled the Fax service.if this is the case uninstall that Hot Fix.and Reinstall the Fax service. |
