Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when Fax Service failed to initialize because of lack of system resources. Resolution : Close applications and start the Fax service The Fax server might fail to start if there is a lack of system resources or if the service fails to initialize. Close all applications and restart the Fax service. You can start the Fax service using Services in Server Manager or Computer Management, the Fax Server role page in Server Manager, or Fax Service Manager. To configure fax components, you must be a member of the Administrators group or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To start the Fax service using Fax Service Manager:
