Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when Fax Service could not restore the fax queue. Resolution : Resend all pending faxes All incoming and outgoing faxes must be resent because the fax queues could not be restored. Before you resend the faxes, you should confirm that the Queue folder exists and has the correct permissions. For instructions, see "Confirm permissions for the Queue folder." Specific instructions for resending a fax depend on the software used to send the fax. If the fax was sent using Windows Fax and Scan from a computer running Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Enterprise, Windows Vista Ultimate, or Windows Server 2008, follow the instructions in "Using Windows Fax and Scan."
