Cause :
This Information event indicates that the Microsoft® Exchange System Attendant service has finished an RPC call.
This event is only logged on servers on which you have set the diagnostic logging level to MediumorMaximumon the RPC Callscategory of the MSExchangeSAcomponent.
Resolution :
No user action is required. If you are experiencing problems with your Exchange environment, review the Application log for Warning and Error events that can help you discover the root cause of the problem
