| Event Information | CAUSE: This behavior occurs when the items you are trying to index are in a language other than the installed language on your server. RESOLUTION: To resolve this behavior, install the proper language code pages. To install the correct language code pages on the Microsoft Exchange 2000 server, follow these steps: 1. In Control Panel, double-click Regional Options, and then click the General tab. 2. Under Language settings for the system, click to select the check box next to the appropriate language. 3. When prompted for the location of the files, insert the Microsoft Windows 2000 CD-ROM. NOTE: You must restart the server before the new settings take effect. |
