| Event Information | According to Microsoft: Explanation: Each subscriber in the Notification Services can either be in an enabled or disabled state. A subscriber has to be enabled before subscriptions for it can be added to the system. This error occurs when an attempt is made to add a new subscription for a subscriber that has been disabled. User Action: The enabled/disabled state of a subscriber is controlled by the Enabled property on the Subscriber class. Set this property to true prior to adding a subscription for the subscriber. |
