| Event Information | "According To Veritas:" Details: The error listed above is written to the application log when the Journaling Service will not start, or starts temporarily but then stops. The user account associated with the Journaling Service has been moved to another organisational unit (OU). To resolve the issue, move the account back to its original location and restart the Journaling Service. If this is not possible, perform the following steps: 1. Go into the Properties of the Journaling Service and select the Journaling tab. 2. Click Browse. 3. Select the Journal mailbox and click OK 4. Click OK 5. Right click on the Journaling Service and select Start |
