| Event Information | 1. Either busy and cannot respond before the rdr timeout 2. The network could be busy 3. Bottleneck in the network Resolution: To resolve this problem its possible to modify the timeout so as to increase the redirector timeout. To modify perform the following: 1. Start the registry editor (regedit.exe) 2. Move to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters 3. From the Edit menu select New - DWORD value 4. Enter a name of SESSTIMEOUT and press Enter 5. Double click the new value and set in the range of 10 - 65535 seconds (45 seconds is the default). Click OK 6. Close the registry editor 7. Reboot the machine |
