Event Information | According to Microsoft: Cause : This Error event indicates that Exchange was unable to verify that the user account specified in the event description has the required permissions to synchronize with Exchange Server. Other symptoms you may experience when this event occurs are as follows:Users may be receiving the "Your account does not have permissions to sync with your current settings" error message.Exchange ActiveSync Event ID 3012 can be generated when one or more permissions or security settings are not correctly configured. Resolution : To resolve this error, try one or more of the following:Verify that you have correctly configured permissions and security settings on your servers that are running Exchange Server.Review the Application log for other Exchange ActiveSync errors that are being logged. |
