This behavior may occur after the Application log has been cleared or when the log periodically experiences heavy logging activity after it has been cleared. RESOLUTION: A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. You must restart your computer after you apply this hotfix. |
