| Event Information | SYMPTOMS: Unable to open Windows Explorer. Some mapped drives visible, but the window stopped responding. Explorer then crashed. Opening shortcuts to folders (not in explorer view) worked for a time, then caused same Explorer crash. RESOLUTION: Disabling the Device Lock Service stopped this problem, however the device lock service is applied by default according to our security policy, so the Network team are still looking for a solution. |
