| Event Information | Acccording to Microsoft : Explanation: This Error event will occur if the wrong authentication type is specified in the Web.config file. The authentication type must be Windows. User Action: To resolve this error, do one or more of the following: a.Open the Web.config file and correct the authentication type. 1.Find the Web.config file for Outlook Web Access on the Client Access server. The default location is 2.Make a backup copy of the file. 3.Open the original file by using an editor such as Notepad. 4.Find the authentication mode and verify that it is set to Windows: 5.Save and close the file. |
