Event Information | "According to Microsoft : CAUSE: This event indicates that Logical Disk Manager encountered I/O failures on a disk. Possible causes include: 1.A hardware failure that prevents communication with a disk (for example, a loose cable, a loose disk controller card, or a cable failure). 2.Unexpected removal of a disk. 3.Uncorrectable bad sectors on a disk. RESOLUTION: Do one or more of the following: 1.Check the status of your hardware for any failures (for example, a disk, controller card, or cable failure). 2.Check Event Viewer for additional events from lower-level storage drivers that might indicate the cause of the failure. 3.Restart the computer. |
