| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: During the Conferencing Services startup procedure, the Conference Management Service logs on to each conferencing resource mailbox so that it can be notified of any conferences that were recently booked. After a conference is successfully booked, the calendar item is moved to the Site Conference Calendar mailbox. However, malformed items may exist in the resource mailbox, for example, a resource that was erroneously invited to a non-Exchange Conferencing Server meeting. These malformed items are considered inappropriate to the Conferencing Services and are flagged as "incorrect." RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, remove the calendar items that exist in your conferencing resource mailboxes. |
