Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when the Terminal Services Licensing service is unable to connect to the Service Control Manager. Resolution : Restart the Terminal Services Licensing service, and if necessary, restart the server To resolve this issue, restart the Terminal Services Licensing service on the Terminal Services license server. If the problem persists, restart the server. After the server has restarted, confirm that the Terminal Services Licensing service has started. To perform this procedure, you must have membership in the local Administrators group, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To restart the Terminal Services Licensing service:
