| Event Information | Following newsgroup post may help you to understand this problem. You have a very old array controller. Even if you were to update the firmware on the card to v4.50, it might still complain about its age. This is more of a nag message than anything else. it is likely that the driver you are using has features that are available to it that the current firmware your controller has will not support. Such as online stripe size migration. Update it in any case, just to be safe. |
