| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE : This problem occurs because the Dapi.dll file is updated by the Exchange 2000 upgrade process. This file should not be upgraded on a system that still has the Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator program loaded on it. WORKAROUND: There are two steps to workaround this behavior. 1. Close all instances of the Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator program. 2. Replace the %SystemRoot%\System32\Dapi.dll file (version 6.0.4417.00) and C:\Program Files\Microsoft Integration\Microsoft Exchange 2000\Dapi.dll file with the Dapi.dll file from the Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4 CD-ROM. |
