Event Information | When you try to print a document to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4 or an HP LaserJet 5 printer from a Windows 2000-based computer, one or more of the following behaviors may occur:
The print job sits in the queue, but the printer does not print it.
The Print Spooler service may stop responding, and this event may reported in the application event log. CAUSE: This behavior occurs because the printer driver is damaged. RESOLUTION: To resolve this behavior, reinstall the drivers for the HP LaserJet 4 printer or the HP LaserJet 5 printer from the Windows 2000 CD-ROM. |
