Description | Time Provider NtpClient: No valid response has been received from domain controller %1 after 8 attempts to contact it. This domain controller will be discarded as a time source and NtpClient will attempt to discover a new domain controller from which to synchronize. |
Event Information | "Acording To Microsoft:" Explanation: The domain controller (DC) currently being used as a time source cannot be contacted after several attempts. The client will try to locate another domain controller to synchronize with. If the attempts fail, then the W32Time 36 event is logged and the problem must be corrected. This event is logged for informational purposes only. User Action : No user action is required. To troubleshoot this problem, see the W32time 38 event. |
