| Event Information | RESOLUTION: 1. Reinstall the License Management Console by going into Add/Remove programs and selecting Change and then Modify on the Citrix Access Suite Licensing install. 2. Select to remove the License Management Console, and continue with the other options. 3. After verifying the removal of only the License Management Console, follow the same steps to reinstall the License Management Console. Removing and reinstalling the License Management Console in this manner is preferable to removing the entire license server. This will prevent user down time. |
