| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This issue may occur if both the following conditions are true: 1. A third-party e-mail disclaimer program such as eXclaimer for Exchange from Direct Communications Software Limited is installed on the server or a third-party program, such as Sybari Antigen for Exchange 7.0, that includes an e-mail disclaimer component is installed on the server. 2. The e-mail disclaimer program is preventing the backup operation from completing successfully. RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, remove the third-party program from the server or turn off the e-mail disclaimer component of the program. For more information about how to do this, see the documentation that is included with the program or contact the vendor. |
