Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when opening the queue for peeking at or retrieving messages failed. Resolution : Confirm the permissions of the Message Queuing Triggers service user account The Network Service user account is the default user account that the Message Queuing Triggers service runs under on computers running Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista. However, this user account can be changed. Therefore, before you view or change queue permissions, confirm the user account that the Message Queuing Triggers service runs under on the computer that hosts the queue.
