Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when the Message Queuing service cannot join the Windows NT 4.0 domain. Resolution : Cannot make the MSMQ Service join a Windows NT 4.0 domain The MSMQ Service does not support joining a Windows NT 4.0 domain. You must integrate Active Directory or Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) with a Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, or Windows Server 2008 domain.
