Cause : This is a service that starts automatically and should be running at all times. If the service is not running, the possible causes include: 1.The service failed to start (there should be an event log for this). 2.The service was manually stopped by an administrator. 3. The service failed unexpectedly. Resolution : You should attempt to restart the service using the service control manager command-line tools or the Services MMC snap-in. |
