Event InformationAccording To Microsoft:
This failure may occur for one of the following reasons: The SMTP server is unavailable.The ISA Server Report Generator cannot connect to the SMTP server.The SMTP server does not allow anonymous accounts to send mail.The firewall policy blocks the ISA Server Report Generator from connecting to the SMTP server There is not enough memory available on the ISA Server computer for the ISA Server Report Generator to send the report.


Resolution:
Verify the SMTP server is running, and that there are no connectivity issues.Verify that there are not permissions errors. If the ISA Server Report Generator uses an anonymous account to send the report completion mail, check that your SMTP server allows anonymous account to send mail..Verify that the request was not denied by an ISA Server firewall policy access rule.If you are using an external SMTP server, verify that an access rule allowing the Local Host access to the External network using the SMTP protocol has been created. If no rule exists, you must create one. For instructions on creating access rules, see ISA Server Help.Close other programs that are running. Use the Task Manager to check programs and processes that are using large amounts of system resources.
