| Description | The RADIUS Server List is empty. As a result, the Remote Access Service may fail to start. |
| Event Information | According to Microsoft : CAUSE : When VPN is configured to use the RADIUS Authentication Provider, the RADIUS Server List configuration is pushed to the Routing and Remote Access. When the RADIUS Server list is empty, Routing and Remote Access Service will not start. SOLUTION : Make sure there are valid servers in the VPN RADIUS Server List. To do this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management, in the name used to manage the ISA Server, click General, then in the details pane click Define RADIUS Servers. Alternatively you can configure VPN to use Windows authentication. |
