| Event Information | According To Microsoft: The ISA Server Report Generator might fail reading the log summary directory it the log summary directory is invalid or the data in the Configuration Storage server is corrupted. Failure to create a log summary directory might be caused because there is not enough disk space or the proper permissions were not used. Resolution: Check the log summary configuration and verify that the log summary directory name is valid.Check that you have enough disk space on the target log summary directory and that the ISA Server Report Generator, which runs as a local system account, has the appropriate permissions to create the log summary directory.If a backup configuration exists, try to restore the most recent configuration backup. This will resolve storage corruption issues. |
