| Event Information | According to Microsoft : CAUSE : This failure may occur for one of the following reasons: The Configuration Storage server is unresponsive.A connectivity issue prevents the ISA Server Report Generator from accessing the Configuration Storage server.The data in the Configuration Storage server is corrupted SOLUTION : Check that the Configuration Storage server machine is available.Try to connect to the Configuration Storage server using the Active Directory Services Interface Editor (run adsvw).If a backup of a configuration exists, use the most recent configuration backup to restore the configuration. This will resolve storage corruption issues. For details about restoring a configuration, see ISA Server help. |
