Using Explorer goto c:\documents and settings\application data\microsoft\ehome\epg 2. Delete the files in this folder. Also, if there is a pref folder delete the files in here also.(You might have to reboot and do this before starting media center. 3. Logout and restart the computer. (Probably not necessary, but doesn't hurt) 4. When restarted, go into Media Center. TV, Settings,Guide,Get Guide Data. The download might take a minute or two on BroadBand.
