Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when the Message Queuing folder cannot be created. Resolution : Ensure that ACLs are configured properly The Message Queuing access control list (ACL) needs appropriate permissions to the directory that it is trying to write to. Make sure that the MSMQ Service is running as an account that has permissions to create and modify directories to be used by the MSMQ Service. (By default, the MSMQ Service creates directories under the %windir%\System32\MSMQ directory.) You can do this by directly giving Modify, Read, and Write permissions to the account that the MSMQ Service runs under. To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators , or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To determine the account that the MSMQ Service runs under:
