Event Information | Details: Event ID 2064 is reported by the NetBackup (tm) Volume Manager in the Windows Application Event log stating that a media has expired, when it hasnt. Troubleshooting: This is a normal condition that occurs when media becomes physically expired. This sort of physical expiration has nothing to do with retention periods and image expiration. Observe the media in question by doing the following: 1. In the NetBackup Administration console, expand Media and Device Management in the left pane 2. Click Media 3. Locate the media in question in the right pane and right-click it. Select Change. This will bring up the Change Volumes screen. |
