Event Information | When attempting to access an Active Server Pages (ASP) page on an Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 server, the server does not appear to return a response to the clients browser. In addition, the above event will be logged in the system event log. CAUSE : If the Microsoft Winsock Proxy Client is installed, the IWAM_computername user account may not have access permissions to the \Winnt\System32\Wspwsp.dll file. RESOLUTION : To resolve this problem, give Read permissions to the IWAM_computername account on the \Winnt\System32\Wspwsp.dll file. |
