| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This issue can occur if antivirus software is running on the server when you enable the Exchange Installable File System (ExIFS). ExIFS maps the contents of the Web Storage System to a drive letter (typically to drive M). If anti-virus software is configured to scan all drives on the server, you may receive the error messages described in the "Summary" section of this article when you create a workspace. RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, disable all antivirus software on the server when you install SharePoint Portal Server. Always disable or close third-party programs when you are installing new products. |
