Event Information | Here is the information from Black berry support document. Cause: The folder does not appear on the handheld due to one or more of the following problems: The BlackBerry Enterprise Server is offline. The Microsoft Exchange Server is experiencing problems. The folder that has been created is an invalid mail folder. Resolution: Install BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 3.6 Service Pack 2a to minimize the occurrence of a folder mismatch. If the problem persists, see the "Workaround" section below. Workaround: Disable the wireless email reconciliation feature on the handheld and synchronize with the desktop computer: 1. On the Home screen, click Messages. 2. Click Options from the menu. 3. Change the Wireless Reconcile option to Off. 4. Connect the handheld to the desktop computer. 5. In the BlackBerry Desktop Manager window, double-click Intellisync. 6. Select the Reconcile email checkbox. 7. Click Auto start. 8. Select the Reconcile email checkbox. 9. In the Auto start settings window, click OK. 10. Click Synchronize now to synchronize the handheld with the desktop computer. |
