Event Information | CAUSE: The folder does not appear due to one or more of the following: 1. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server is offline. 2. The Microsoft Exchange Server is experiencing problems. 3. The folder is an invalid mail folder. RESOLUTION: Install BlackBerry Enterprise Server 3.6 Service Pack 2a to minimize the occurrence of a folder mismatch. If the problem persists, follow the instructions in the Workaround section below. Workaround: Disable the wireless email reconciliation feature on the BlackBerry device, then synchronize with the desktop computer. 1. On the Home screen of the device, click Messages. 2. From the menu, click Options. 3. Change the Wireless Reconcile option to Off. 4. Connect the device to the desktop computer. 5. In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, double-click Intellisync. 6. In the Intellisync window, select the Reconcile email check box. 7. Click Auto start. 8. In the Auto start settings window, select the Reconcile email check box, then click OK. 9. Click Synchronize now to synchronize the device with the desktop computer. |
