| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service has the ability to cache message IDs for about an hour to make sure that a user does not receive a duplicate message. Resolution : While this message can probably be ignored, it might indicate that a user is not receiving messages that are detected as having the same message ID as one already received. Unique messages should have unique message IDs. Try to identify where the messages are originating so that you can notify the source. |
