| Event Information | This message from newsgroup may help you: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution: Investigate why replication between these two domain controllers cannot be performed. Then, try to demote this domain controller again. I actually found a resolution last night. I had created a site called 75, not sure why but AD said this name was invalid, and it created a DNS entry called "--" (minus the quotes) and placed my DNS entries under it. Once I recreated the entries under the Default-First-Site and removed the "--" entries, everything started working. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
